Full pile and intact antique Baluch rug from Northeast of Iran. The wool in this piece is very soft and shiny. It is woven on wool. The abrushes (changes of colour) give this piece a lot of character. The blue, purple ground is covered with the Minakhani gul and framed with a red ground border decorated with rams horn and flower head design. It is in very good condition, which makes it a wonderful collector’s piece.
