Scarce antique Khamseh tribal runner from South of Iran. It is quite unusual to find runners in the Khamseh weave, especially on a light blue ground. The birds, dogs, and flower head motifs around the multiple medallions illustrate this piece’s tribal nature beautifully. There are areas of slight wear and repair, which is reflected in the price.
