Outstanding vintage Lambaran runner from Northwest Iran. This is an excellent example of Northwest weaving, fine weave and excellent dyes. With stylised leaves and flower heads, the terracotta border surrounds the cream field with multiple large motifs. It has a great colour combination. This piece has a pair. It is rare to find pairs in runners of this age—a good piece for a collector.
