Tribal Qashqai carpet from south of Iran. Stylised small flower head motifs covering a red ground with a blue medallion and spandrels containing a “Hasht Gol” (eight flowers (Paisley)) motif with a brown border having bush motif running through it. Lovely tribal weaving in a sturdy carpet.
