How To Remove Wax From Carpets

If you accidentally spill candle wax on your carpet, don’t worry – there’s a way to remove it without causing damage. Start by gently scraping off as much of the wax as possible without harming the fibers of the carpet. Then, take a clean absorbent cloth or a kitchen towel and place it over the wax. Next, use a hot iron (without steam) on top of the cloth, allowing the wax to melt and be absorbed by the cloth. Keep moving the cloth and repeating this process until the wax is completely removed.

Be cautious not to burn the wool while using the iron. Finally, if necessary, clean the area with a damp cloth to ensure no residue is left behind. This method may seem simple, but it requires patience and attention to avoid damaging the carpet.
