Ushak is a carpet woven in Turkey and the weave lends itself to a very versatile product that designs can be developed to taste, with stunning results.

This is our production of Ushak with natural dyes and handspun wool. To achieve the original Ushak look, we use an authentic Ushak weave. Our new technique of giving an antique look achieves this without compromising the integrity of the rug. The result is this spectacular piece with all over design with elements taken from antique Ushaks. The grey blue field with bold flower heads and leaves goes very well with the petrol blue border. The design and colours would look equally well in modern or classical settings.
