Outstanding vintage Lambaran runner from Northwest Iran. This is a fine example of Northwest weaving, fine weave and excellent dyes. With stylised leaves and flower heads, the terracotta border surrounds the cream field with multiple large motifs. It has a great colour combination. This piece has a pair. It is rare to find pairs in runners of this age—a good piece for a collector.
