This is our production of Ushak with natural dyes and handspun wool. To achieve the original Ushak look, we use an authentic Ushak weave. Our new technique of giving an antique look achieves this without compromising the integrity of the rug. The design of this piece is taken from an antique Ushak. We loved the large motifs in the field and the stylised border. We have tweaked a bit of the design and colour to make it more today, always ensuring that we keep to an antique colour scheme. The result is this spectacular piece that would look wonderful even in any settings and would lift any room to another level.
