Gorgeous antique Heriz carpet. A magnificent medallion on a blue background with colourful spandrels and very pretty geometric terracotta border. It is unusual to find Heriz with a dark blue background and with such wonderful colour palette. Fabulous handspun wool, dyed with natural dyestuff, gives this piece an adorable sheen and clarity of colour.
