Superb vintage Qashqai rug. Rose coloured multi medallion sitting on a yellow field scattered with small flower heads surrounded with beautiful sky-blue geometric border. This piece is woven using very high quality handspun wool, hence the sheen and the wool is dyed using natural dyes. It has a very good pile all over. There is a soft abrush at one end of the rug. The simple design of this rug makes it very decorative. The rare ground colour is probably achieved by special washing techniques.
