This Serapi Heriz rug is a standout piece from our own production, reflecting a deep respect for traditional Persian weaving paired with carefully considered modern craftsmanship. Like all of our pieces, this rug is made with handspun wool and dyed using natural pigments, ensuring a soft, authentic texture and rich, harmonious colour palette.

The rug features a cream ground field, subtly varied in shade to emulate the look of time-worn antique rugs. At the centre, a large, soft red medallion anchors the composition, adorned with stylised leaves that extend outward, creating rhythm and movement across the design. Peach-toned spandrels echo the warmth of the medallion, while the geometric border adds structure and contrast.

Our special antique finish gives the rug a gently aged character, enhancing its aesthetic appeal without compromising the strength or integrity of the weave. The result is a timeless piece of art—rich in tradition, refined in palette, and versatile enough for both classic and contemporary interiors.
