With its soft handspun wool and high-quality dyes, this Lori rug, from the west of Iran, would add so much character to any living room or office. This rug’s royal blue background is decorated with an imposing medallion and spandrels. The rug is dated 1337 Islamic solar calendar, equates to 1958 Gregorian calendar. This passage of time has given the colours a certain depth and added to the sheen of the wool.
