Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Summary

  • Standard (non-clearance) items: Return within 28 days for a no-quibble money-back guarantee, if returned in the same condition as purchased.
  • Clearance items: Return within 14 days in the same condition as purchased.
  • Bespoke items: Not eligible for cancellation/return unless faulty (within 30 days).
  • Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer (UK and international).
  • Free outbound shipping does not apply to return shipments.

2) Cancelling before dispatch

  • You may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

3) Cancelling/returning after dispatch

  • You may return eligible items in the same condition as purchased.
  • The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.
  • Once received and inspected, we issue a full refund within 7 days (see timeline below).

4) Exchanges

  • Many items are unique/irreplaceable.
  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, choose another in-stock item; we’ll dispatch it once we receive the return.
  • Any price difference will be refunded or charged before dispatch of the replacement.

5) Promotional items & free gifts

  • If your original order included a promotion code or free gift, these must be returned together to receive a full refund.
  • If retained, the value of the gift/discount may be deducted from the refund.

6) Non-returnable items & condition checks

  • Items not eligible for return (e.g., bespoke unless faulty) will not be refunded and will not be returned to you.
  • All returns are condition-checked prior to refund.

7) Faulty items

  • Bespoke or other items that are faulty can be returned within 30 days for repair, replacement (where possible), or refund.

8) Refund method & timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the same account holder via PayPal.
  • Processing time: typically 1–2 weeks after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Cash refunds are not available.

9) How to return

  1. Pack the item securely in its original condition, including the original invoice & packing slip.
  2. Send by a prepaid courier/post (we cannot accept COD) to:
